TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will not affect confirmed bookings made prior to the change.
2. Services
We provide decoration and event styling services, including (but not limited to): engagement proposals, room décor, table setups, photo zones, weddings, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and other special occasions.
All services are delivered strictly according to the package and add-ons confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment has been received via our website or another agreed payment method.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or location-based fees unless stated otherwise.
4. Changes & Amendments
Requests for changes must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
We reserve the right to decline changes that cannot be accommodated due to time constraints, logistics, or technical limitations.
5. Cancellation, Deposit & Rescheduling Policy
• A full refund of the deposit is available only within 3 days of the deposit payment date.
• After 3 days from the deposit payment, the deposit becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason.
• If a client cancels after this period, the deposit will not be refunded; however, rescheduling or changing the event date may be allowed, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
• Weather Policy:
If weather conditions on the scheduled date do not allow the event to take place safely or as planned, a new date will be coordinated with the client, and the deposit will remain fully valid for the rescheduled date.
• In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control), refunds are not guaranteed. Rescheduling will be offered whenever possible by mutual agreement.
• Once the service has been fully rendered (including setup and décor), all sales are final. Refunds or chargebacks will not be accepted after service delivery.
6. Use of Photos & Materials
We reserve the right to use photos and videos from events for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and advertising.
Clients who wish to restrict usage must notify us in writing prior to the event.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Damage to property unless caused directly by our negligence
• Delays or inability to perform due to force majeure
• Client dissatisfaction when services were delivered as described and agreed
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the location and accurate event details.
8. Privacy
Client information is used solely for booking and service fulfillment and is never shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, layouts, and materials are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
By proceeding with a booking and submitting payment, clients waive the right to dispute charges based solely on personal preference or dissatisfaction after services have been completed as agreed.
