How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and setup.
However, if you are looking to book just 1-2 days in advance, feel free to contact us first - if we are available, we will be happy to make it happen.
What happens after I book?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to coordinate all the important details of your proposal.
This includes the exact location, timing, music, and any personal touches you would like to include, so everything is prepared exactly the way you want it.
Do you help plan the perfect location?
Yes. We help guide you in choosing the best location based on your vision, privacy preference, and timing.
How will I know where to go on the day of the proposal?
After booking, we will coordinate the general location with you.
Then, on the day of the proposal, about 3 hours before the scheduled time, we will send you the exact location through a Google Maps pin, so you can easily arrive on foot to the precise spot where we will be waiting for you.
Will someone be there to guide me on the day of the proposal?
Yes, absolutely. A member of the Yes Miami Proposals team will be there waiting for you.
We will help guide the moment, ease the pressure, and create a happy, exciting, and comfortable atmosphere so your proposal feels smooth, special, and unforgettable.
Will everything be ready when I arrive?
Yes. Everything will be fully prepared by the scheduled time.
We will also stay in touch with you through messages or calls as needed, so our coordination stays accurate and everything goes smoothly.
Will my proposal be private?
Most of our proposals take place in public locations, so we cannot guarantee a completely private or closed-off area.
However, our experienced team knows beautiful hidden spots with fewer people and carefully selects the best times of day to create a more intimate and special atmosphere.
Can family or friends be part of the surprise?
Yes, absolutely - family and friends can definitely be part of the surprise.
However, we recommend keeping the group to no more than 10 people, since most proposals take place in public locations and we want to avoid creating a large or crowded event. For the most intimate and enjoyable experience, we suggest inviting only your closest loved ones.
Can I customize my proposal setup?
Absolutely. All of our setups can be personalized to match your style, colors, and vision.
Do you provide music during the proposal?
Yes, we include romantic background music, and you can also send us your special song.
What’s the difference between professional photos and a photographer?
We offer high-quality photos taken with a professional camera by a member of our team.
Hiring an external photographer is a separate service, which is why it comes at a higher cost — these are standard rates for professional photographers in Miami.
Should I add photography or video coverage?
We highly recommend adding photo or video coverage because these magical moments deserve to be captured beautifully and remembered forever.
Whether you choose professional photography, professional video, drone footage, or high-quality phone coverage, having someone document the moment also helps the experience flow more naturally and smoothly.
Can I add services after I already booked?
Yes, of course. Just contact us and we will be happy to add any available services or upgrades to your booking.
What happens if the weather is not good?
In case of rain or strong winds, we always work with our clients to reschedule to a new date that works for both sides.
Tip: If you are visiting Miami for a short trip, we recommend planning your proposal for the beginning of your stay. This gives us more flexibility in case the weather does not cooperate.
Can I change or reschedule my booking?
If you need to change or postpone your date, simply contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange a new date together.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you are running a little late - around 15 to 20 minutes - that is usually not a problem. We understand that delays can happen.
However, if the delay is longer, we cannot guarantee the full 1-hour event time, as we work with a schedule and may have other events after yours.
What should I do if I know I’ll be seriously late?
Please let us know as soon as possible. The earlier you inform us, the better we can prepare and adjust our timing in the best way possible.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If the event is canceled at least one month in advance, we will provide a full refund.
How long does the setup take?
Our team arrives in advance and prepares everything before your arrival, so everything is ready and perfect for your moment.
What should I bring with me?
